Obituary for Kermit I. Heintzelman

Kermit I. Heintzelman, 80, of Perry Twp., died Wednesday, September 27, 2017 in Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading. He was the husband of the late Shirley D. (Bowers) Heintzelman, died January 1, 2012.
Born in Sunbury, he was the son of the late Irwin J. and Gertie A. (Zeider) Heintzelman. He was a US Army Veteran. Kermit worked as a mechanic for numerous auto dealerships last working in 1999.
Kermit is survived by a son: Michael L. Heintzelman, Hamburg; two daughters: Tracey L. (Heintzelman) Moyer companion of James G. Hauerwas, Shoemakersville, and Cathy L. (Heintzelman) Phillips; and 9 grandchildren : Kayla, Marisa, Rachel, Alex, Andrew, Aaron, Adam, Sean, and Dominic. He is also survived by a brother: Harold Heintzelman, Hamburg; and a sister: Lorraine (Heintzelman) Zimmerman, Ephrata.
