Obituary for James H. Munch

James H. Munch, 45, of Penn Twp., passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 in St. Joseph Medical Center. He was the husband of Leianne (Cunningham) Munch. They were married on April 17, 2015.
Born in Norristown, he was the son of Karen K. (Kelley) Munch, Mohrsville; and the late Larry R. Munch. Jim was a 1988 graduate of Boyertown High School. He was a self-employed millwright. Jim owned Munch Mechanical and Industrial and Vessel Service Company. He regularly attended The Bridge Church, Hamburg. Jim was a member of Pagoda Motorcycle Club. He enjoyed hunting, motorcross racing, and "muscle cars".
Surviving in addition to his wife and mother are two sons: James D. Munch and Codie J. Munch, both of Barto; one step-son: Brian P. Phillips, fiance of Leann Wheeland, Auburn; one grandson: Brantlee Phillips; and one brother: Jody D. Munch, and his wife Margie, Mohrsville.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 am from The Bridge Church, 3561 Old 22, Hamburg, PA 19526. A visitation with the family will be held at the church Saturday 10:00 to 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to The Bridge Church, at the above address.
