Obituary for Michael A. Howley

Michael A. Howley, 56, formerly of Shartlesville, passed away on November 17, 2016 in Nazareth Hospital, Philadelphia. He was the husband of Donna M. (Riddell) Howley for thirty-one years.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Aloysius Howley and Frances Falon. Michael worked as a manager for SEPTA, Philadelphia until his retirement. He attended St. Michael's Church, Tilden Twp.
Michael is also survived by his children: Bridgette M. (Howley), wife of Rashad Poteat, serving in the U.S. Navy; Jennifer L. Howley, Temple; and Michael A. Howley, II, Portsmouth, Virginia; one granddaughter: Eva Poteat; and his father and mother-in-law: Dan and Alice Riddell, Shamokin.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to St. Michael's Church, 529 St. Michael's Road, Hamburg, PA 19526.
